Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any Astroune Group products or services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any Astroune service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

Astroune Group provides cloud-based software products including Core POS, Insights Platform, Manage Suite, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to violate any applicable law; infringe on the rights of others; transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or interfere with the proper operation of our services.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided by Astroune Group are the property of Astroune Group Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for your internal business purposes.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into our services. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astroune Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to services will cease and your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. We may terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
